Fenugreek seeds can come in its raw form of full seeds, in the form of defatted fenugreek seed powder or in the form of tablets. You can add the powdered form into hot water to drink as tea or sprinkle it into soups, stews, over your salad or stir-fry dishes. You can also prepare raw seeds by roasting them on a medium high heat then adding it to your meal. The best way to consume fenugreek is to simply soak 1 teaspoon of raw seeds overnight and drink on an empty stomach the next morning.
