7. Dermatitis Herpetiformis
Numerous factors can lead to skin irritation or skin disorders. One of the reasons is being allergic to different elements such as pollen, dust mites, and pet dander. Having low or no intolerance to gluten may also cause skin rashes or dermatitis herpetiformis. This dermatological issue is characterized by having mild to severe pain from small bumps on the skin and usually develops into blisters. Sufferers often notice these bumps on the glutes, elbows, kneecaps, and scalp.
