Most of those who have diabetes can benefit from the consistent carbohydrate diet plan. This plan allows you to assess how your body respond to certain food. Therefore, you can figure out what foods you might need to refrain from eating. The diet also helps you in determining your proper dose of medication. Your doctor can help you in establishing how much of carbs you can safely consume each day. You should consume the same amount of carbohydrates for every meal. On a good note, you do not need to eat similar foods every single day.
