As breathing in and out is essential to our body, it is important to keep a healthy breathing tract at all times. For people who have developed upper respiratory  tract infections, this may seem difficult as congestion is to be expected.

This URTI symptom is usually a result of having persistent colds. It occurs due to an inflammation of the membranes present on the walls of the nasal cavity making even air harder to pass through it. Another reason for congestion will be nostril blockage due to the accumulation of snot inside the nostrils. Make sure to hydrate well to help relieve this symptom.
