5. Headache
Headache is a non specific symptom of upper respiratory tract infection. It is a type of discomfort that can be felt by probably anyone, especially people from the older age groups, as there are numerous factors that contribute to this condition. Headaches usually come and go, sometimes even for an unknown reason and without exerting any effort for treatment.
Upper respiratory tract infections often develop effects such as headaches due to colds. This particular symptom is observed to be harmless in many cases. However, if the headache becomes severe, it may mean an underlying health issue. If you experience any headache because of an upper respiratory tract infection, paracetamol may ease the pain but it is better to consult with your doctor for early diagnosis.
