6. The Appearance of Tapeworms in Stool
This is probably the most obvious symptom to look for if you think you have been infected with tapeworm. Your stool will have small white segments in it. The segments move around, so it would be easy to identify them. It is also possible that you will find eggs or larvae in your stool. These will not look like something you have eaten, they will look like newly hatched tapeworms. The segments may contain more eggs as well.
