8. Changes in Posture
Changes in posture are natural responses of the body when a certain condition is present. Some pain for example may cause people to hunch while bone abnormalities such as scoliosis may cause uneven posture on either the left or the right side of the body. In spinal stenosis, patients are observed to crutch when walking due to the repercussions of the nerves in the spine.
Other complications may also arise from having a bad posture such as difficulties in sleeping and developing permanent bone structure irregularities. If you notice a change in your posture, an x-ray of your spine may help in detecting what is causing the issue.
