7. Arthritis
Arthritis and spinal stenosis are often associated with each other. It is because spinal stenosis often relates to another condition called osteoarthritis, which is seen, mostly in older age groups. Both of these conditions cause pain and swelling in certain parts of the body that may result in difficulties in moving and performing different physical activities.
People who have a present case of arthritis are more likely to develop spinal stenosis and though a lot of cases of arthritis advance to this, early diagnosis can stop this from happening rapidly. If you have persistent joint pain, check with your doctor before it leads to spinal stenosis.
