2. Tingling Sensations

Having a tingling or pins and needles sensation in the limbs and other parts of the body is another common symptom of spinal stenosis. This symptom is a result of putting pressure or compressing a particular part of the body that causes tensed nerves. Lack of proper blood flow may also contribute to having tingling sensations.

Although this symptom is non specific and can be experience even by healthy people when being seated for a long period of time, it may be a result of a more serious condition such as spinal stenosis.
