7. Fatigue
Another common symptom of Sjogren’s syndrome is fatigue. People with the condition will often feel extremely tired and lethargic. Even performing a simple task can be a challenge for them. Due to fatigue, they will not have the motivation to carry out their daily tasks and this can significantly affect the quality of their daily life.
Fatigue happens because the body ends up getting overworked after dealing with some issues. Since Sjogren’s syndrome can compromise a patient’s immune system, the body will struggle even further in order to maintain homeostasis. This will require a lot of energy, which is why your body will feel fatigued.
