5. Lethargy
Lethargy is a nonspecific sign of a kidney infection. It can be encountered in many other different diseases or infections as well. Lethargy can be described by having extreme tiredness or fatigue. When your organ and brain detect an infection or any foreign elements that may be harmful to your body, it works harder and consumes as much energy as it can to combat the possible infection.
People who are affected by a kidney infection may also suffer from inadequate production of red blood cells in the body. When this happens, the patient may feel unwell and tired.
