9. Rectal bleeding
Rectal bleeding is also a sign of internal bleeding and can come from several sources. However, the origin of rectal bleeding is usually in the intestines or the colon. Rectal bleeding is commonly found in people who are suffering from ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, diverticulitis or are bleeding from the colon as a result of perforation of the colon walls from stools or even cancer.
10. Blood in the urine
Having blood in your urine is a strong sign that you are bleeding from either your bladder or your kidneys. This is common in traumas to the kidneys such as being punched or being in a car wreck and suffering from bruising to the area near the kidneys. If the hemorrhaging is severe enough, a patient may have very little urine expelled from the bladder. If there is a drop in urine, this could prove fatal, especially if there is nothing but blood coming from the patients urinary tract.
