2. Headaches
Just like fatigue, headache is a symptom of gluten allergy attack. It is easily overlooked as it is an ailment which is experienced by anybody. Headache is a non-specific indication of gluten allergy as we all experience headaches now and then due to different reasons, such as dehydration, too much heat, hunger, and a lot of other factors.
Headaches normally go away on their own without the need for any medication. However, if you encounter a headache without a known cause, it may mean an underlying health issue that should not be neglected. Headaches may come and go and are usually felt intermittently. If you have a prolonged headache, consult your doctor for examinations.
