3. Getting Sick Frequently
Another sign of chronic fatigue syndrome is getting sick frequently. It is normal for most people to get sick from time to time. We often end up catching the occasional bug. However, we are mostly free from any illnesses because of our immune system. It is responsible for keeping our body protected from the occasional bugs and helps our body to fight off infections.
If you have chronic fatigue syndrome, your immune system will be compromised. As a result, you will be at high risk of many illnesses, such as colds and flu. You will find yourself getting sick more often. This can be prevented if you have a healthy diet and exercise often.
