Having sleeping difficulty is also a sign and symptom of chronic fatigue. Our internal body clock is usually quite effective in helping us to sleep at night, for as long as well allow ourselves to get plenty of sleep. But for some people, falling asleep can be extremely difficult, especially those who are suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome.

Patients with chronic fatigue syndrome are not getting enough rest because falling asleep is extremely difficult for them to do. Sometimes, they can only sleep at a certain time in a day and this could wreak havoc on their sleeping cycles.
