2. Bloating
Bloating is another sign of stomach ulcer. During digestion, gases will be produced in the stomach as a waste product of the breaking down process. These gases can be passed out of the body and are totally harmless, although it can be embarrassing when it happens during social situations. But there are times when the gasses won’t be able to escape, thus, bloating will take place.
Bloating can bring discomfort, and in some rare cases, painful. When the gas produced is more than usual, it can lead to stomach ulcers since the gas is not able to move out of the stomach fast. Sometimes, cramps and audible growling of the stomach accompany this symptom.
