Tea tree oil for exterminating bedbugs is one of the most popular natural methods of pest control. This oil derives from various trees of the same family, namely, Melaleuca and Eucalyptus. It contains ingredients such as active ingredients eugenol, apomorphine, and terpinene-4-ol, the most popular amongst them being eugenol. These ingredients are effective in killing bedbugs and are used in the creation of chemical products like emetic in products that kill bugs in the laboratory.
