7. Diarrhea and dehydration
It is important to watch for symptoms of diarrhea and dehydration. Often fevers can cause dehydration, and diarrhea can be an indication of a major bacterial infection. The strange fact is that when food poisoning is suspected, there is usually no fever! However, staph can be associated with vomiting, dehydration, and diarrhea. Dehydration can become a problem if you are being comprised by an infection, and drinking too many caffeine products.
Water is a nutrient of its own classification. Therefore, whenever you have diarrhea it is important to drink more water and avoid diuretics such as coffee or tea.
