7. Anxiety
One of the most common symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder is being anxious even on small details, things, or situations. Anxiety from PTSD may advance into different types. Most patients encounter generalized anxiety or the overall sensation of uneasiness, suffering, and discomfort that usually do not diminish in a short period.
They may also encounter social anxiety or not being able to disclose their true emotions to other people. Another type of anxiety that a PTSD sufferer may encounter is existential anxiety or not being able to enjoy life due to severe uneasiness.
