6. Decreased Physical Activity
Decreased physical activity can also be a prediabetes sign. Performing physical activities or exercises each day is recommended by almost all doctors and health experts. Our bodies need to perform these to maintain their healthy structure. Someone who is suffering from prediabetes may notice a decrease in physical activity even if it’s not intentional at all. This usually happens when the body fails to produce the energy it needs due to the lack of glucose in the bloodstream.
Decreased physical activity can be avoided and eased by having a strong mental ability to tell yourself to get up and perform as many physical activities as you can regardless of how mild it is.
