7. Improper Gait
Since most cases of plantar fasciitis include pain on the foot, sufferers are observed to have an improper or abnormal gait. This is a condition wherein one cannot walk normally due to difficulty or pain whenever the foot touches a surface.
Although improper gait is not a specific sign of plantar fasciitis as it can be experienced due to multiple reasons such as muscle injury, strain, and even bone fractures, most people who suffer from this disorder encounter abnormal gait at one point. To avoid further damage to the affected foot, seek your physician immediately when you experience an abnormal or improper gait.
