4. Severe Foot Pain After Exercise
Experiencing pain in the feet after a workout is common and may also be a sign of plantar fasciitis. There are different reasons related to working out that trigger plantar fasciitis. Severe foot pain after exercise can be caused by tight or loose-fitting shoes, a rapid increase of workout intensity, and challenging yourself too much which results in a sharp pain at the sole of your foot.
It is important to recognize which of these things causes this painful symptom to do the necessary adjustments and prevent it from happening. If it is due to ill-fitting shoes, getting one that fits well may solve the pain temporarily.
