3. Localized Foot Pain
One of the most common signals of plantar fasciitis is experiencing pain in one particular region or part of the foot. If this localized foot pain reduces, decreases, and even fades away after doing some stretching exercises, it may be an indication of plantar fasciitis.
However, if the pain in the foot does not go away even after some stretches, this can be a sign that there is a deeper injury or damage to your tendons. Localized foot pain means that the pain is concentrated on one part rather than feeling it radiate to other parts of the foot.
