10. Pain in Both Feet
Most cases of plantar fasciitis only occur on one side of the foot and with unilateral pain but there are also some instances wherein it can be experienced on both feet. Having pain on both of your feet due to plantar fasciitis could be harder to tolerate and even treat as some treatments may require total rest which means the inability to move or even walk that may impact your everyday life and work.
If you see a probability that you may be developing plantar fasciitis on both feet, it is crucial to have it checked as soon as you can to prevent further damage to your ligaments.
