6. Relief from Massage
Massages are known to cause comfort on many occasions. It may not be a primary sign that someone has a neuroma but patients with Morton’s neuroma often find an intense sense of relief when foot massage is performed. It is important to know that massage will not lead to healing of Morton’s neuroma. However, it may eradicate different symptoms such as pain, burning, and tingling sensations in the affected foot.
You may experiment on different massage techniques to alleviate the discomfort caused by blocked nerves such as mildly pressing the head of the affected toes and slowly moving towards the ball of the foot.
