6. Reddish Eyes

Also known as conjunctivitis, having reddish eyes is also an indication of measles. It can also be accompanied with watery eyes and itch. Conjunctivitis is not rare for kids and can be caused by many other conditions. Hence, it can be hard to determine if the exact cause is measles. However, if there are other obvious symptoms present, it can be a telling sign. Still, statistics indicate that kids with measles are more likely to develop conjunctivitis. Thus, a doctor will most likely suspect that this symptom is due to measles.
