5. Lightheadedness
When we get dizzy or lightheaded, it is also an indicator of internal hemorrhaging. This is because blood is not circulated properly in your body then it will make it difficult for you to function. The lightheadedness comes from a lack of oxygen, which is transported through your bloodstream. Furthermore, lightheadedness can also be due to rapid blood loss. If a patient was to lose even one third of the blood volume in the body, this could prove fatal.
6. Shortness of breath
Shortness of breath is an indicator that a person is hemorrhaging somewhere in the lungs. Internal bleeding in the lungs is known as pulmonary hemorrhage. It happens when blood congests the lungs. Due to the blood fluid building up in the lungs, the lungs are not able to function properly. Hence, the affected person will likely suffer from breathing difficulty. This symptoms require immediate medical attention. The doctors will have to work quickly in order to treat and stop the bleeding. Some treatments include bronchoscopic therapy and surgery.
