9. Exaggerating Relationships
Creating a huge network is one of the most beneficial things one can do socially. Its scope may include family, friendships, colleagues, clients, and more. Building a great relationship is always a mutual choice and feeling. Both sides usually recognize the nature of the relationship whether it is for friendship, romantic interest, or business-related.
People with histrionic personality disorder tend to put extreme pressure on the relationship by exaggerating the reason behind it. Mostly seen as being too attached or giving a much deeper meaning into it than it normally should. This behavior may result in misinterpretation and disagreements.
