Having high blood pressure can also lead to other medical conditions and affects other parts of your body such as your sense of sight. Vision problems is also high blood pressure symptom. Eye problems occurs when high blood pressure injures arteries and prevents proper blood flow to your retina, a medical condition known as retinopathy.
If not treated well, retinopathy can result in vision impairment and even blindness. If you have high blood pressure and are starting to experience foggy or blurry eyesight, it is advisable to seek an opinion from your physician immediately before this condition brings more damage to your eyes.
