8. Upper Abdominal Pain
Upper abdominal pain is also a sign and symptom of heart attack. The squeezing and pressing sensation one can experience when having a heart attack usually happens and radiates in the upper abdominal area of the body. It is usually felt near the sternum where heartburns are also felt. These upper abdominal pains would seem like a shooting pain and can cause uneasiness and trouble.
Some people who experience this along with heart attack describe it as the same sensation felt during dyspepsia. This symptom may not be serious and is often disregarded; however, there are dangers associated with it as it may suggest more harmful conditions in the body.
