3. Palpitations
One sign of heart attack is palpitations. Palpitations can be described by racing heartbeats or irregular pounding of the heart. It can be a sign of a lot of underlying medical conditions that should not be ignored. Most of the time, palpitations are present when someone is suffering from anxiety, heart diseases, hyperthyroidism, and other respiratory illnesses.
When a heart attack happens, it also means that there is a lack of oxygen in the heart’s bloodstream and is the usual cause of palpitations. Palpitations, especially when accompanied by chest pain, should be treated immediately. Do not hesitate to consult your medical provider whenever you experience these symptoms.
