9. Hematochezia
When there is bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract due to ulcers or the presence of H. pylori, it may be evident or manifest through expulsion in the mouth or rectal area. Aside from hematemesis, hematochezia is another condition that is a result of bleeding in the digestive area. It is characterized as noticing an obvious amount of blood in the anus.
This particular health issue is usually a result of hemorrhage in the lower digestive area. Like hematemesis, it may also be caused by other diseases such as bleeding in the vascular structures of the anal canal, colon cancer, diverticulosis, and other bowel disorders.
