One other symptom of gluten allergy is brain fog. In order to function properly and do our daily tasks with all efficiency, proper sleep, and healthy food intake is required. A lot of medical professionals also encourage us to exercise or workout in order to take care of our bodies. Doing these physical activities may not only benefit our body but our mind as well.
