2. Bloating
One gastritis symptom is bloatedness. Bloating is usually due to gas, which happens after eating. However, there are also several reasons behind abdominal bloating and one of these is gastritis. A lot of those with gastritis have complained of feeling full after eating, which does not seem to ease.
Abdominal bloating in gastritis is usually more prominent after eating. As such, it will take time before the patient will realize that the issue has nothing to do with overeating, especially if the symptom is only mild. Sometimes, bloating is only momentary although there are instances where it can last for a while. If the bloating will not go away, it is best to talk to your doctor.
