4. Anemia
Iron is responsible for binding oxygen to our red blood cells, which helps the blood to distribute oxygen all over the body. It works by producing hemoglobin, a protein that is responsible for the distribution of oxygen. If you do not have enough hemoglobin, there will not be enough oxygen in you and this can be a problem especially to those who have ulcers.
If you suffer from an ulcer in your stomach, the hemoglobin can leak. This can lead to a condition known as anemia, and this can also result in a deficiency of oxygen. The usual symptoms of anemia are shortness of breath, pale skin, and lightheadedness. If left untreated, this can lead to more serious complications.
