7. Limited Interests
Having limited interests is also a sign of Asperger syndrome. People who have been diagnosed with Asperger syndrome have a tendency to focus intensely on a certain subject of interest. Because of this, it’s easy for them to get obsessed with things. For instance, a child with this condition may be obsessed with astronomy, dinosaurs, rocks, etc.
However, this interest can eventually be replaced by something else, although some people will end up bringing these passions with them all throughout their lives. On a positive note, this intense feeling of interest can lead to an advanced study of a particular topic, and it is common for them to end up with jobs that they enjoy doing.
