4. Resistance to Change
Those who have been diagnosed with Asperger syndrome will find it pleasurable to do routine tasks. If there are any changes in their routine, it can trigger anxiety or panic in them. Even as little as moving the location of an item is upsetting for them. Their tendency to resist changes can lead to problems in school or work setting.
If they will be forced to deviate from doing their usual tasks, they will end up feeling visibly upset and will not accept any changes. In most cases, this behavior slowly disappears as the patient grows up. Still, a dislike of change will remain, but the person will be more socially acceptable, making it easier for him or her to deal with issues.
