6. Vomiting
Excessive vomiting is also a sign of alcohol poisoning. Although it may be unpleasant, vomiting is an effective method of removing any toxins in our body. When you vomit, you are forcing all those unwanted substances to go out, so they will not bring harm to your health. This can happen if you have alcohol poisoning. Remember, alcohol can become toxic if you consume it in a large amount.
Most people will end up vomiting after drinking too much, but it is not necessarily a sign that they need help. Nevertheless, extreme vomiting must not be taken lightly especially if the person is also showing other symptoms of alcohol poisoning. If left unattended, the patient could choke in his or her own vomit.
