6. Get lots of rest

When you are sick you need to get as much rest as you can. You need to listen to your body when it is telling you that it needs rest. If your body is telling you to stay in bed and sleep, do it. You should not be wasting your energy on doing other things. Your body needs to divert all its attention in fighting the virus and the only way for your body to do so it when you are resting. Better still, you should be sleeping. Sleep helps your immune system to be stronger and to fight this sickness for you to get better.
