3. Heart Rhythm Issues
Heart palpitation is also caused by heart rhythm issuses such as Arrhythmia, a condition where the heart beats in an irregular fashion. For people with this condition, they will suffer from palpitations from time to time. However, having a heart rhythm issue does not necessarily mean the patient has heart problems.
Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) is a good example of a condition that can causes heart rhythm distortion and will make the patient suffer from constant palpitations. This condition is common among young people, although it does not necessarily mean that they are unhealthy. In most cases, it is unusual to discover a more serious heart rhythm condition like ventricular tachycardia, which is known to cause palpitations.
