7. Nausea
Nausea is also a Urinary tract infection symptom. When the infection starts to affect the kidneys and affects its ability to function, the patient will start to experience nausea, regardless of whether the patient eats or not. Sometimes, nausea can get severe that the patient will end up vomiting. Eating bland foods slowly can help to prevent nausea from becoming worse, although this is unlikely to stop the patient from feeling nauseous.
It is important to note that nausea is also a sign that the kidney has been infected. If the patient has also shown other symptoms of kidney infection, it is important to seek medical treatment. The infection must be treated immediately before it gets into the bloodstream and lead to a life-threatening condition.
