6. Frozen Shoulder
Frozen shoulder is a symptom of torn rotator cuff or rotator cuff injury. The joints in our bodies, as well as those in our shoulders, are working very smoothly, which is why we can move our body with ease and flexibility. These joints make it possible for us to swim, dance, and perform other actions that would require the body to move forward, backward, in a circle, and more.
However, just like with the other parts of our body, our joints are not immune to problems that could affect their functionality. When you end up with a torn rotator cuff as a result of injury, your shoulders will become frozen or locked up. As a result, you will find yourself not being able to move or perform activities that involve the shoulders.
