4. Body Weight Changes
Changes in body weight are normal and are usually experienced along with change of eating habits and lifestyle. Other more serious health conditions may also lead to this change such as prediabetes.
The sugar level in our body reacts to the number of fats in it and the more fat it detects, the higher the blood sugar that is present. Having more fat than the ideal amount for specific body weight may also result in the body’s incapacity to manage the level of sugar present in the blood. It is important to monitor it closely if you experience sudden changes in your weight.
