Most women who are in the perimenopause phase will experience weight gain. In addition, the fluctuating hormonal changes can further contribute to the increase of weight, especially in the abdomen, thighs, and hips area.
While most people will blame weight gain on menopause and age, it is important to understand that several other factors can also come into play, most especially the woman’s lifestyle.
