There are other complications or negative effects from an increase in the production of adrenal hormones that usually happens during a panic attack. A patient who is suffering from the panic attack may also experience nausea or the sensation of wanting to expel contents of the stomach. This symptom is connected to breathing abnormally fast and less flow of oxygenated blood to the brain.
Nausea may cause vomiting or puking in certain cases. Nausea is yet another non-specific panic attack symptom and is also an indication of pregnancy, PMS, and other normal occurrences in the body. If you are suffering from long-term nausea, check with your doctor for proper diagnosis.
