Trembling or shaking is also a sign and symptom of panic attack. When our adrenal hormones in the body increase to a level that is not normal, we will experience a condition known as an adrenaline rush, which is usually accompanied by trembling or shaking. This is also one of our bodies’ preparation to go into fight or flight response.
Usually, when an adrenaline rush is encountered, a person has to move frequently to burn the hormones, in cases of panic attacks, this does not commonly happen. Sufferers experience sweating, trembling, and shaking instead. Most cases manifest on the upper limbs such as hands and forearms. There are also a lot in which the whole body shivers.
