4. Nausea and Vomiting

Almost 40% of patients with pancreatic cancer suffer from nausea and vomiting. These symptoms happen due to various reasons. In most cases, these symptoms happen when a patient undergoes radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Sometimes, the obstruction of the bowel as a result of the tumor growth can trigger these symptoms.
