5. Night Sweats and Shivering
One symptom of non-Hodgkin lymphoma which indicates that the illness is progressing is having night sweats and shivers. Night sweats caused by lymphoma are abnormally excessive and patients may find themselves soaked in sweat regardless of the temperature in their surroundings.
Although extreme sweating usually happens at night, those who have an advanced lymphoma may also experience excessive sweating during the day accompanied by chills and shivers. If you noticed unusual sweating especially at night and encounter unexplainable shivering, consult your health practitioner immediately and request for physical examinations to determine if lymphoma is present.
