8. Anxiety
Anxiety is most often related to stress. How Meniere’s relates to anxiety is simple enough. The patient becomes anxious due to not understanding what the issue is. Their body will attempt to heal itself and is unable to. Anxiety is the feeling you get from fear and apprehension.
9. Balance issues
Poor balance is also a symptom of Meniere’s. It is not definitive if the poor balance is due to vertigo, hearing loss or hearing damage, or some other cause. This, too, will need to be determined by your physician. The poor balance makes it difficult for the patient to walk normally. The patient will have an unsteady gait or be unable to walk at all without assistance.
