7. Pruritus
Another lymphoma symptoms is Pruritus, an odd and itchy sensation of the skin that forces someone to scratch the affected area. This symptom is usually experienced by people who suffer from a type of lymphoma called Hodgkin’s lymphoma. 33% of people who have a case of Hodgkin’s lymphoma face the consequences of having pruritus.
Most pruritus has an impact on hands, limbs, and feet. Though this symptom does not cause a serious threat, sufferers who live in areas with warm weather experience more adverse effects as the itching is commonly triggered by hot environments and usually attacks at night. There is no specific reason why itching is experienced in lymphoma.
